The Knives Store.com may ship by UPS, USPS, FEDEX, DHL and numerous carriers for larger orders. Unless otherwise specified, orders will be shipped by standard UPS Ground service. Please note that certain product that is classified HAZMAT or ORMD will not be shipped by air under any circumstances.

What is your policy on canceling orders?
You may cancel any order by emailing us at Support@TheKnivesStore.com or calling us at 877.610.4810 within 12 hours of placing your order.
- What is included in your 30 day money back guarantee?
If you're not satisfied with your knife, email us with the reason that you are not satisfied, and mail the knife back to us within 30 days of receiving it; for a full refund minus the shipping and handling charges.
Yes, we do but contact us first, due to some countries' restrictions on shipping knives we may not be able to.
We do not charge sales tax on any orders that are placed outside of Utah! The tax rate we charge for Utah is around 6%
- Do you accept checks or cashiers checks by mail?
Yes we do! After your check has cleared we will ship out your products.
